If you have fresh figs, eat three to four figs daily in the morning on an empty stomach.

 Similarly, if the figs are dry, soak three to four figs in half a cup of water overnight and eat them in the morning. Its use eliminates the problems of stomach gas inflammation. Remember, eating a large number of figs can cause diarrhea.
