Advertisement Policy - Healthiatric

  1. We examine advertisements and have total authority over the categories of advertisements that are displayed on Healthiatric platforms. At any time, we reserve the right to reject, revoke, or remove any advertisements. If we do so, we will let the advertiser know why. Also, we have the authority to determine where advertisements should appear on healthcare websites.
  2. There are restrictions on the types of adverts that we won’t accept. Advertisement that contains factual inaccuracies or those we deem offensive will not be accepted. Only applications that have gained FDA permission are permitted to advertise pharmaceutical medicines, and the products must be easily accessible on the market. Advertising for dangerous, illegal, or unpleasant products or services is not allowed. Advertising that misrepresents, mocks, or disparages people or groups because of their age, colour, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or disability is not allowed. Threatening, libellous, slanderous, or defamatory language is not permitted in advertisements. Advertisements cannot promote or simulacrum breaking news or an emergency, nor can they feature fireworks, gambling, pornography, fireworks, guns, or ammunition. Every advertisement must be extremely clear about who is running it, and any that could be mistaken for editorial content will be marked as such.
  3. Despite the fact that they may appear to be advertisements, the products or services that are promoted on our website are not endorsed by us. Any advertisement that we deem acceptable does not imply that we support the promoted products or services, their producers, marketers, or distributors. On occasion, the editorial staff of Healthiatric may rank or rate specific products or services. Any potential financial or advertising ties to the companies providing the goods or services are not taken into account while conducting such studies, which are solely carried out by the editorial team.
  4. We make a point of differentiating between sponsored and unsponsored content. Manufacturers, suppliers, and other service businesses who are dependable and respectable are sought after by Healthiatric as sponsors. These partnerships benefit Healthiatric and our users by providing up-to-date information on medical services, medications, and therapies. All editorial content that is funded by an advertiser and held to our editorial standards is evaluated by our editorial staff and the Medical Affairs team. We take measures to ensure that our users can immediately tell the difference between editorial content that is unique to Healthiatric and sponsored or co-created content that has been influenced by particular advertisers. On occasion, we might publish promotional content on our social media channels in the form of sponsored posts, advertisements, or messages.
  5. Which content is part of a Partner programme is quite clear when it is mentioned. Healthiatric periodically works with organisations that provide products, services, or have goals similar to our own. We examine the calibre of these businesses, services, or products before displaying them, and we only do so for those we believe will be beneficial to our users. Our normal editorial standards do not apply to partner content, and neither do we provide the goods or services described on these pages, nor are they the subject of any kind of medical examination. Any content that is a partner is clearly marked as such, suggesting that it does not adhere to our standard editorial process and our Ad and Sponsorship Policy. If Healthiatric is compensated if visitors purchase the good or service or register for it, that fact can be disclosed in a disclaimer on the page. Partner pages may also contain a “what’s this” link that directs users to a page describing the terms of the collaboration.
  6. E-commerce links can be found on Healthiatric content and are a part of our affiliate network. Our health and wellness editors link to relevant products that they believe our readers might find helpful during the article writing process. Although readers have the freedom to choose whatever item they want, they should be informed that Healthiatric might receive a payment if they use one of our links to make a purchase at the retailer’s website within 24 hours of doing so.
  7.  We distinguish between journalistic content and adverts freely and explicitly. We properly distinguish between journalistic content and advertisements on all Healthiatric properties. Clicking on any advertisement will take the user to the advertiser’s website or a sponsor’s resource centre, both of which are located on a Healthiatric property, and all advertisements are clearly and plainly recognised as such. Sponsored resource centres are clearly marked as such and display the name and emblem of the sponsoring organisation.
